If U are a professional Volley Player please help me please………..?

Please I desire to increase my JUMP in VOLLEYBALL but in my village e have any fitness center and any gym center, we use the school – Volley court only for play…..but I need to learn some exercises to do outside….on the street to increase my jump……and maybe I need someone that also teasch me the correct way to jump in Volleball……please If U are proffessional Volley players please help me……..I will thank U very very much……………….

First you want to build up the muscles in your legs, you can do this by doing squats and star jumps and exercises like that. Also if you have a tall wall you can also practice jumping up next to it. good luck on making the team.
