What Are Some Effective Cardio Excercises I Can Do Before My Strength Training?

Does anyone know what are some good cardio excercises that I can do before ending my workout with a strength training session? Thanks, I ‘d really appreciate the advice!

Running is also good and you should use different incline settings and speeds as this works the body more. Cycling is also good but try standing up when cycling as this tones the thighes
