Whats the best way of improving fitness and stamina?
Really need to improve these two attributes for 5 aside football. Was thinking of maybe spinning classes at the gym? Suggestions?
no need gym no need herbs. watch what nature does, running. find a beach or carless road and run run run(dont forget 2 warm up). dont push yourself too much. when ur out of breath, slowly deccelarate, cooldown, rehidrate,rest under a tree, then, start all over again. as usual, do it 20min/day, 3day/week(it meant exercise day and rest day repeated in consistent repeatation, make sure you don’t exercise 2days in a row) .
