How do I find a good personal trainer that will come to my house?
My wife and I have two children, so don’t get out the gym often enough. Would love to have a good personal trainer come to us.
I know how you feel, I want to do the same in order to kick start me back onto a fitness regime.
I am going to go around the larger gyms and health centres and see what is on the notice boards. Have a look in the local advertising press too under services.
And good luck, most people put their own health and fitness on a back burner cos of the kids, you are setting a good example.
