Do the Jillian Michaels Wii workouts work?

am reposting this as last time i only got responses that had nothing to do with my question,
i just want peoples feedback if they have used the Jillian Michaels fitness ultimatum 2009/10 AND THE 30 DAY SHRED what sort of results if any did you get? i mean with a balance diet of coarse and commitment to the workouts do you think they were any good ? what do you rate them out of 5
