Looking for some good morning fitness routines.?
I have decided to get back into shape. I am not what you would call obese, or fat, I just simply need to lose about 15lbs and get my cardio back up. I’ve decided I’m going to start jogging either daily or every other day, and start using my punching bag. Also, I am not a fitness freak… there are other things in my life, and I simply don’t have time to devote my life to fitness or go all out like some people do.
Now, on to my question. I am slow to get up in the mornings, I was wondering if there were any good morning routines that could help wake me up in the mornings and get me ready for the day ahead, while at the same time helping me work out some.

In the morning it is important to get some fast acting carbohydrates into your system to help jump start your metabolism and your energy levels. Oatmeal, whole oats cereal or cereal high in fiber along with some organic fruit or organic fruit juice are great ways to get some quick acting carbohydrates into your system. Couple that with a good protein source like egg whites and in terms of nutrition, you’ll be good to go!
Before you begin your workout, perform a simple dynamic warm up that includes some body weight lunges with a twist, quad pulls, high knee pulls, lateral adductor stretching, arm circles and jumping jacks.
