Fitness Workouts

I’ve been getting very dizzy and get severe headaches after intense fitness workouts which are mostly running.?
What are these severe headaches and dizziness/nausea a cause of ? It usually goes away after 30 min. but it’s painful and has only been happening recently. I’ve played soccer for 10 years and I’ am skinny if that helps.
Dehydration can cause these symptoms. Drink as much water as you can before and during workouts.
