How do I get my nice body back? HELP!!!?
In the past two years I have had two children. Between the two I didn’t have time to get rid of the weight. So now I have twice the baggage to get rid of. I weighed 125 pounds before I got pregnant. I now weigh 175 pounds. My weight spreads out (well proportioned). I gain my weight in my hips, butt, stomach, arms, and face. I want to get back to 125 pounds and I can’t get motivated. I also want to have my nice butt back in the process and get rid of my love handles. If anyone has or knows any techniques that they could tell me i would really appreciate it.
It is very hot in South Texas so anything that I could do in the house would be great. Some kind of exercises that work without having to own any fitness equipment.
get motivated
start with a good diet. i know its hard with kids around, but you have to cut out all sweet snacks. eat lots of fruit and veggies. cut out soda, that bloats you up
no picking on cookies and candy. eat a carrot or celery or just plain crackers.
start walking. i know its hot out, but walk a little at a time. each day go a couple of yards or streets longer. it will work. shut off the TV and get going
