hey people of Philippines, which do you prefer, Fitness first or Slimmers World?

Which has better and more equipments? better instructor
and which is more affordable?

My siblings prefer Fitness First, due to availability of location.
My mother prefers Slimmers’ World.

But after a month of training, they forgot all about the program.

Either of the two will probably give you good results, but the most important thing is to follow the routine religiously. I suggest you invite one or two of your friends to keep you motivated. You can also bring your ipod or mp3 player just in case you’re alone.
