Fitness equipment/accessories for Christmas present?
Hi there,
lately my dad’s been trying to lose a 2-3 inches around his waist for health reasons. He’s always been an active guy, but now that he’s almost 65 he has cut down to just walking every day. The only thing is that though he is walking (45 minutes – 1 hour each day), it doesn’t help much in losing inches around his waist. So he did some sit-ups, but that resulted in back pain.
I was just wondering what I could get him for Christmas to help him out a bit, if possible? Any suggestions would be great,

Muscle building is good all around & since muscles use more energy for maintenance it helps keep down weight long term.
