Phil Georgiou is a certified personal fitness trainer having exceptional knowledge and experience in the fields of bodybuilding as well as an extensive background in martial arts. He provides his clients with a health and fitness assessment to see where they are and then implement a customized plan, which will include exercise and fitness training. He has successfully worked with people of all fitness levels: from beginners to competitive bodybuilder including fitness competitors He has also developed special programs for weight loss, toning and shaping your body according to you.

In our LA weight loss center, we determine the exact meal plan for you – how many calories you should eat, and the ratio of protein, carbohydrates, and fat that you need.
