Resistance bands (Which should i get?)?

Hey i’m going to buy some of these Resistance bands cause right now the gym has been demolished here and i don’t want to travel far.. But i don’t know which to get please help.. which color or resistance should i get? and is 2 meters enough for me? My height is about 177cm, weight 67kg, waist around 32 – 34 inch
