Is it possible to squish a 6 week fitness beginners fitness programme into 3 weeks?

Say if I do 2/3 days worth of exercise each day? As I have a 6 week beginner programme which is like a 20 min run one day, half an hour aerobic another and some muscular endurance the next which is meant to get you up to a certain level of fitness.

If I were to complete all these exercises but within 3 weeks instead of 6 would it still get me to the same level of fitness? (I have aklready been doing fitness training so not at beginner level).
